A long-lost George Michael concert film and new album are set for release almost 10 years on from the ‘Father Figure’ singer’s death. ‘George Michael: The Faith Tour’ will be restored and remastered by George Michael Entertainment and Mercury Studios for the never-before-seen feature film, with an album made of 18 previously unheard performances being released alongside it. A teaser for the film shows Michael, who died on Christmas Day in 2016, on stage at Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy in Paris in 1988 while the first few bars from ‘Faith’ play to a roaring crowd.
